Business Change Lead
Our client requires an experienced DV Cleared Business Change Lead to successfully implement IT solutions. Typical experience will include Business Change Implementation planning & management, organisation design & Implementation, benefits management and stakeholder management. Tasks: Develop Business Change/Improvement plans and work with the business to implement and manage business change aligned to business needs and benefit. Initiates and facilitates Internal communications with a diverse set of senior stakeholders within the business, other multi org departments and suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of solutions into the business. Part of your role will be to help minimise disruption to the business, as well as managing business risks and ensuring people are prepared for change. Crucial to your role will focusing on customer satisfaction with the ability to be flexible to change but also be a good listener and support less experienced colleagues. Desirable: Formal business change training such as PROSCI ADKAR, Changefirst or similar training an advantage but not essential. Appliciants will hold DV Security Clearance or be able to acheive the required level.
