Our client requires a DV Cleared Client Account Manager to support continued expansion our clients government accounts. As Account Manager you will report to Sector Account Director where you will have responsibility for maximising revenue within existing accounts and in a supporting capacity. Some travel / mobility is expected as part of the role. This will be a client facing role where the desire to succeed by driving and supporting IT commercial opportunities to successful conclusion is critical. Responsibilities: Engages and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment with our clients strategic national and international objectives, understanding of customer requirements our client capabilities, support business development efforts across a wide variety of customers and programmes, documents progress to win and re-compete contracts, takes an active part supporting proposals and periodic status meetings, provide planning support to proposal production schedules, activities and expectations, creates pre-proposal artefacts, proposal and communications plan, coordinates resource effort for proposals to help develop and manage bid and proposal budget. Experience working with MS Office Suite and is able to negotiate and gain commitment to actions agreed. This is an interesting and varied role that calls upon a mix of skills/experience that can add value to the role, therefore it is encouraged that DV Cleared applicants who are interested in applying but not necessarily exhibit recent experience should still apply. This role is more suited to applicants who have worked in Government and have the transferable skills Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Degree educated or equivalent, Proactive and dynamic approach to problem solving and opportunity management, Proactive in building relationships with ability to listen and capture customers issues, requirements and plans, Proven capability to assimilate and communicate detailed operational and technical information pertaining to products and services.
