Digital Business Analyst - eCommerce - London - Contract

Our client, a Global FMCG company, is seeking a Digital Business Analyst - eCommerce to join the team on a contract basis.

Digital Business Analyst - eCommerce: Purpose of Role:

Gather the core teams' requirements and support in the delivery of releases for digital commerce trade platforms

Digital Business Analyst eCommerce: Accountabilities:

  • Gather business and technical requirements for new trade shopper platform
  • Lead discussions with vendor, internal, and cross market Business Analysts
  • Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
  • Ensure Acceptance Criteria are clearly defined against each feature
  • Support in User Acceptance Testing
  • Support overall global digital commerce growth strategy

Digital Business Analyst eCommerce: Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Direct Business Analyst experience in a successful agile project (preferably B2B)
  • Ability to clearly express the connections between larger business goals and small backlog items
  • Write user stories
  • Experience in UX and UI
  • Has practical experience in the techniques used in user research to gather evidence of user need and behaviour
  • Experience in multi-system integrations inclusive of DAM, CMS, and E-commerce
  • Proficient in digital and technology, user research and web analytics
  • Ideally some experience of technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, Adobe
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in global technology rollouts
  • Languages - English (fluent), additional languages would be ideal
