Service Support Team Leader

You will lead a small team providing exceptional support in person, via telephone and remotely with regular visits to other offices. You will have exceptional technical hands-on experience along with the ability to lead and motivate team members driving service improvement through coaching and performance management. Providing high quality support, your core skills should include the following: Windows 7, Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft Office 2010/2016 as well as Microsoft Lync 2013. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focussed team leader to join a busy team in a varied role offering the opportunity to work for a national government agency.
Candidates will ideally hold CTC or SC Security Clearance or be willing and able to undergo the clearance criteria. The CTC Clearance process involves the following mandatory stages: Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), Departmental / Company Records Check, Security Questionnaire, Criminal Record Check and Security Service Check. On completion of the vetting process, the information collected is assessed and a decision made to refuse or approve a CTC Clearance. Gaining CTC Clearance will normally require you to have been a resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 years.
