Your experience in administrative support preferable in an engineering or quality department, will play a crucial part in supporting the management of the approval of concessions. As a Quality Assurance Admin Assistant, you will provide flexible, responsive, effective and efficient administrative support to the Senior Concessions Engineer and the other members of the Quality Team.

About the Job:
The client is recruiting for Quality Assurance Admin Assistant, who will provide administration support in confidential manner as required;
*Assisting with the inputting of concessions onto the register/Oracle as required; to maintain appropriate records
*To support the approval process of concessions by either electronically or manually walking concessions through the various approval steps.
*To arrange internal/external meetings and events including hospitality requirements, and also provide support at such meetings, i.e. minute taking, collating of actions etc.
*To organise business travel in adherence to the Company Travel Policy, these would include flight, train, taxis, hotel bookings, car hire and chauffeur request for UK and overseas
*To assist the team, attend weekly meetings and ensure appropriate requests are raised to support these
*Collect and distribute incoming internal and external mail and other deliveries including required office equipment maintenance and stationery requirements
*To assist with raising, issuing and receipting of documentation as required including purchase requests and assisting in coordination of approvals
*To assist raising Serena requests and any coordination with CSC/IT, i.e for software, folder access repairs, new equipment, etc.

About You:
To be the right fit for this Quality Assurance Admin Assistant job, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as proven organisational skills. You will need to be approachable and responsive, with an ability to prioritise, work independently and relative decision making. Varied computer programme skills are essential (including Word, Power point, Excel).
