A MUST HAVE:

Above all else, what my client is looking for is a candidate who is able to clearly display an ability to Communicate, Organise, Motivate and Analyse/Problem Solve within a Regulated Software Environment. These characteristics are essential in the everyday delivery of this role.

THE ROLE ITSELF:

The Senior Software Assurance Practitioner will act as the Independent Technical Assessor of the software of safety critical/related aircraft systems and provide advice on airworthiness issues related to those systems. This will involve the assessment of third party software and/or software documentation for adequate safety and conformance to standards.

WHY IS THIS ESSENTIAL?

Without this assurance process taking place, the safety and airworthiness of the Aircraft my client are responsible for would not be there and the usability of the aircraft would cease. This would impact both my client and their clients. This makes the Senior Software Assurance Practitioner an essential member of the team.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

We need you to have been working within a regulated software environment and have exposure to delivering software assessments and software engineering.
