The Finance & Business Management function at AWE are currently recruiting for a Reporting Specialist. As the Reporting Specialist you will be vital to the delivery of reports in accordance with the customer reporting rhythm.
You will provide reporting expertise to optimise the production of management information (MI) by creating and improving predefined templates for an agreed reporting catalogue.
As the Reporting Specialist you will be responsible for following agreed operating procedures and collating information sources to assemble assigned reports based on source data. You will develop and maintain working relationships and awareness with key internal stakeholders including the executive board, and demonstrate high standards of integrity and honesty when dealing with others. There will be further training and development available and future opportunities to build a career in the Finance and Business Management function
We are looking for the Reporting Specialist to have:
- Proficient with MS Office packages, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- GCSE Maths and English
- Experience of performance reporting systems, processes and tools, preferably with Oracle technology - Desirable
- Experience of designing, building and testing business performance reports - Desirable
- Experience of producing and validating data sets, coordinating report inputs from multiple sources - Desirable
