Responsibilities
* To provide administration support in confidential manner as required;
* Assisting with the inputting of concessions onto the register/Oracle as required; to maintain appropriate records
* To support the approval process of concessions by either electronically or manually walking concessions through the various approval steps.
* To arrange internal/external meetings and events including hospitality requirements, and also provide support at such meetings, i.e. minute taking, collating of actions etc;
* To organise business travel in adherence to the Company Travel Policy, these would include flight, train, taxis, hotel bookings, car hire and chauffeur request for UK and overseas;
* To assist the team, attend weekly meetings and ensure appropriate requests are raised to support these (ie catering);
* Collect and distribute incoming internal and external mail and other deliveries including required office equipment maintenance and stationery requirements;



Required Skills & Abilities

*Highly attuned communication and interpersonal skills essential;

*Strong proven organisational skills;

*Good verbal / written communication;

*Approachable and responsive;

*Ability to prioritise, work independently and relative decision making;

*Likes to challenge processes and make suggestions for improvement and help to implement them;

*Varied computer programme skills are essential (Word, Power point, Excel);
