Business Intelligence Assistant (BIA)
Undertake business and market intelligence, supporting the Business Development Director, under the mentorship of the Executive Assistant.
The BIA will be required to engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements, and analyse them using appropriate techniques and accurately represent the associated data. They will also be required to build and document 'data to information' processes through investigating divergent data sets, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
The objective of the intelligence is to help determine new business and market opportunities and ensure that this information is communicated across the Business Development team.
The role will be responsible for collecting, collating and conducting analysis of the statistics to support report production. They will need to support the creation, maintenance analysis and provision of management and statistical information to support the work of other sections within the business.
The individual will need to be a self-starter who is content to work on their own, seeking guidance and support when required. They will also need to be confident enough with strong communication skills so that they can approach internal and external stakeholders to seek information as necessary to support and deliver their BIA role.
