Find solutions to the most challenging issues

Your job will be to resolve incidents or problems that have been escalated by more junior colleagues on our Global Support Centre Service Desk. This will mean taking ownership of each incident or service request, carrying out the necessary technical investigation and diagnosis, and achieving resolution or recovery of the issue. It is important that you keep a comprehensive record of all the actions you take and solutions you find. You will also need to liaise closely not only with customers but also with a wide range of colleagues from within your own team and beyond.

Build on your impressive technical skills

This role calls for someone with an eye for detail, strong analytical ability and superb problem-solving skills. You will already have a proven track record of applying your technical expertise in an enterprise environment. Among other things, this should include experience of the following: MS Windows 2003/2008 Server; MS SharePoint 2007/2010/2014; SQL 2008R2/2012; IIS; and .Net web applications. It’s also very important that you have experience of working within a secure environment such as ours.
