My Public Sector client require a Service Desk Analyst to provide first line technical and user IT support, either in person, by email or by telephone, using remote assistance tools where appropriate.

Essential skills:
- Good working knowledge of common desktop software and hardware
- Experience of working in customer focused service environment
- Good working knowledge of IT Services policies, procedures and service level definitions
- Recent windows experience
- Some OSX experience
- Experience in a first line / customer service role
- Experience with tablets / phones

Main Responsibilities:
- To resolve as many calls as possible at first response, and to log and refer as required all support calls in the call logging system, ensuring users receive a high quality service as defined in published service levels.
- To manage IT accounts for users, in line with IT Services policies and procedures.
- To undertake individual and collaborative project and development work to enhance the provision of IT services to users.
