An award winning financial company are seeking a Vulnerability Analyst to join their site in Chatham. If you have an understanding of vulnerability remediation and security controls, then you may be the Vulnerability Analyst that we've been looking for.

What will you be doing?

As Vulnerability Analyst, you will support the IT Security Operations team in order to achieve the highest standards in providing IT security assurance within the organisation. You will be responsible for scoping, scheduling and executing regular vulnerability scans, and ensuring awareness of vulnerabilities is present in the company's systems. You will take ownership of vulnerabilities identified and manage their remediation through tracking and reporting. Further to this, you will be responsible for scheduling external scans and liaising with external parties, ensuring that scans are executed when necessary.

What skills/experience should you have?

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing the vulnerability management process within an organisation (preferably financial and ideally of PCI compliance)
  • CISSP, CISM or CISA would be beneficial
  • Citrix, PCI DSS, LAN & WAN
  • TCP / IP
