3rd Line Support Engineer - Bracknell - Contract

Our client, within the retail sector, are seeking an 3rd Line Support Engineer to join the Infrastructure and Security team on a contract basis.

3rd Line Support Engineer Role:

Define and deliver client infrastructure components on complex projects

  • Following existing processes to provide 3rd line Operational Support for all owned platforms.
  • Ensure that all Operational support activities are performed to high quality and agreed timescales.
  • Create all Operational Support documentation for transition into IT Service Centre 1st and 2nd line.
  • Assist in the implementation of project pilots and rollouts, to aid operational understanding and transition.

3rd Line Support Engineer Technical Skills:

  • Windows 10, 7 and POSReady Operating System configuration
  • Mobile device (iOS, WinCE and Android) configuration
  • Windows application and mobile app installation, configuration and deployment
  • Active Directory account administration and Group Policy configuration
  • Deploying builds and apps via SCCM & Airwatch
