Hospitality Manager - Clyde
Salary £32,000 + 10% bonus
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Manager to join one of our major clients Hotel & Catering Teams based in Clyde.
The role will manage a team of 30 with full budget responsibility. Key responsibilities will include managing the delivery of outputs in a cost effective manner, including supplier management, whilst ensuring customer satisfaction. Hospitality Managers will provide leadership, motivation and support to direct reports with the goal of building an engaged and high performing workforce.
The role will work closely with colleagues within the Hotel & Catering function to review practices, identify continuous improvement and growth opportunities and develop and implement plans accordingly.
You will have previous experience of managing teams within hospitality environments and a track record of motivating, mentoring and developing staff and delivering high levels of performance. Experience of continuous improvement activities / initiatives would be an advantage. Key areas of competency required are as follows:
- HND in Hospitality Management, equivalent qualification or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety and licensing legislation
- Commercial awareness and experience of budgetary management and financial control
- Effective communication skills and competence in stakeholder / relationship management
