Working as part of a small team at an overseas facility you will be required to fulfil a supervisory role providing:

  • Mentoring and direction for the customer’s specialist manpower
  • Development of active and passive countermeasure tactics process and procedures
  • Specialist training both theoretical and job-oriented.The selected candidate would have recent experience in the support, design and build of Countermeasures Tactics for both active and passive systems and must demonstrate the ability to develop solutions with limited information.

The specific role of the Countermeasure Tactic Development Specialist is to equip the customer’s specialist personnel with the knowledge and skills to independently and indigenously assess RF and IR threat Weapon System’s vulnerabilities, exploit those vulnerabilities through the design and development of Countermeasures techniques and tactics and to communicate recommendations and rationale effectively to the users.

The candidate must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and competent team‑player who can communicate clearly both verbally and in writing to people whose first language is not English.

The candidate must also be eligible for UK MoD clearance for access to the appropriate security level.
