An exciting opportunity to work with a key, undisclosed client in Central London. Our client is looking for innovative, adaptable and driven analysts/editors to join their Global Service Desk team. The successful candidate will be required to carry out day-to-day editing of knowledge base articles.

  • Day-to-day supporting tasks, contributing, reviewing, publishing and retiring knowledge articles.
  • Working with the GSD Assurance Manager in capturing and baselining of knowledge base requirements.
  • Quality assurance of knowledge base content.
  • Working on knowledge base CS activities.

Skills/Experience required

  • Experience editing and maintaining knowledge base articles.
  • Experience working on knowledge base processes is desirable.
  • Experience with HP Service Manager 9 desirable.
  • Experience working on or with a service desk function.
  • ITIL qualifications are desirable.
