Change Communications Manager - ERP SAP, West London - Contract

My client is a Top Global FTSE100 Pharmaceutical company who are looking for an individual to join their well-established team. Candidates will be expected to define the communication strategy and approach for the roll out of 3 new expense management mobile applications, in conjunction with changes to the global travel and expense policy. The approach is to be aligned with the existing ERP methodology and communications toolkit. The ideal candidate is a proficient corporate change communication professional that works well at both strategic and tactical level, with an analytical, digital mind-set. You must be able to:

  • Can convey complex or technical concepts into easy to digest communication
  • Is strong on following process, building relationships
  • Spends time to understand complexity in order to communicate it well
  • With previous experience in ERP (or equivalent SAP) global roll-outs

The key responsibilities for the Change Communications Manager include:

  • Development and delivery of the communications approach (repeatable model) and plan taking into account existing ERP methodology and communications toolkit
  • Ensure communications, training and change plans are aligned by working closely with Business Change and Training teams. Understand the change, the impact to employees and leverage business change impact and readiness assessments to shape people centric key messages that land well
  • Deliver a communication toolkit that can be deployed in phases across multiple countries incl digital (social media, email, website, video, infographics) and non-digital channels (events, briefings)
  • Write, develop and maintain microsite (SharePoint)
  • Create and deliver personalised communication by audience type
  • Stakeholder engagement, audience mapping
  • Experience gained in a corporate communication or matrixed environment
  • Experienced in managing communications for major change program and knowledgeable of change management tools and techniques with proven ability to lead complex projects
  • Effective in an environment with tight deadlines, finite resource and uncertainty. Ability to drive performance against timelines.
  • Excellent writing & editing skills i.e. conveys complex or technical concepts into easy to digest storytelling
  • Creative skills in graphic design (development of infographics, posters, banners and other communications collateral)
