You’ll deliver £multimillion overseas projects on time and to budget Responsible for small to medium projects worth around £2m-£5m, you’ll play a major role in helping FCO Services deliver to customers at the right time, at the right cost and with the right level of quality. You’ll be the single point of contact for all aspects of your projects including everything from health and safety, design team management, resource planning, financial and risk management as well as monitoring project progress day-to-day; you’ll be an excellent communicator and happy dealing with stakeholders and end users at all levels. Management of building contractors, fit out specialists and suppliers will be another big part of the role, working closely with procurement functions to build effective relationships and robust supply chains. You know what it takes to manage security-related projects We are looking for a Project Manager with relevant training and qualifications, with demonstrable experience in a similar role on construction projects from inception to completion, including procurement, contract administration and design team management. A sound knowledge of health and safety, financial controls and cost management is important. Experience of overseas projects and projects in a secure environment is desirable. Hanslope Park based posts attract a Location Allowance of £1,000 per annum. London based posts attract a Location Allowance of £4,520 per annum.
