My Public Sector Client requires a Systems Administrator to join their ongoing programme of work. This will be to prepare, document and oversee the transition of a bespoke service to a more modern platform.

The current system features:

- Issue tracker: Trac
- Version control: Svn, mercurial, git
- Mailing list: mailman2
- Dedicated Ldap server
- Dedicated web server for project webpages with SSL encryption
- Dedicated mail server

The new system has to be running on Centos. All functionality has to be transferred with the following modifications or additions:

- use Phabricator for SVN, git and Mercurial version control
- LDAP user account import
- Integration with separate gitlab system
- Set up the continuous integration services of phabricator
- Port trac tickets to the phabricator ticketing systems
- Migrate LDAP from GOsa to FreeIPA
- Migrate user/project webspaces to newer apache version
- Integrated DNS setup with Bind for all services
- All services need to be configured with puppet
- All servers should be run on Vms in ESXI and build from foreman

This role will be working with the maintainers of the previous system and the maintainer of the new system, to ensure a seamless transition.
