2nd line User Support
Management of the IT infrastructure in a Hardware and Software, Network and Communications capacity. User Support 2nd level required.
DV (Developed Vetting) or CTS is the minimum level clearance.
Recent experience in user support for LAN/WAN.
Recent experience in system administration in both, UNIX and Windows - LAN/WAN.
Experience in providing configuration control of software and data in client-server environments.
Experience with system administration for storage area networks, virtualized environments, and/or
enterprise server machines.
The management and operation of the IT infrastructure (typically hardware, software and communications) and the resources required to plan for, develop, deliver and support properly engineered IT services and products to meet the needs of a business. Includes preparation for new or changed services, management of the change process and maintenance of regulatory, legal and professional standards, management of performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance and management of bought-in services including, for example, public network, virtual private network and outsourced services.
Experience working in an international I military environment.
Secondary education and advanced vocational training in IT/CIS related fields coupled with at least 2
Secondary education and advanced vocational training in IT/CIS related fields coupled with at least 2 years related professional experience in the field of IT/CIS as a system technician/administrator or helpdesk technician. Completion of advanced IT/CIS system engineering training.
