ITIL, MAJOR INCIDENT MANAGEMENT, MICROSOFT OFFICE, STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Permanent post which is based in Croydon - Salary up to £45,232 + up to 22% pension contribution and flexi work time.

A new role has become available, working for one of our high profile clients as a Complex Incident Manager.

You will provide effective Incident Management and Major Incident Management as service integrator to multiple suppliers. You will also be working closely with Service managers and service desk managers. Providing professional Service Management & Integration, including effective operational control, service performance and supplier management. You will be engaging with business managers during management of high priority incidents to ensure available workarounds are in place and supporting business continuity during service interruptions.

Essential Criteria

You will need to demonstrate within your application the following essential experience

  • ITIL Foundation qualified
  • Major Incident Management
  • Management reporting and briefings
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office tools
  • Effective communications management

Desirable Criteria:

  • ITIL Expert qualified
  • Experience if Border IT Services
  • Experience of Immigration IT Services
  • Experience of Home Office Platforms
