Location - Central London

Salary - up to £65,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent Benefits

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Analyst to join my client.

You will be responsible for leading the development of business requirements, and when required, processes for applying/using technology to satisfy business needs across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities

*Manage the requirements development for applying technology to satisfy business needs, including facilitation and documentation
*Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and task and workflow analysis
*Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
*Work with business unit/directorate/functional leads, Business Relationship Managers and the Solution Architect to transform and develop new requirements into fit-for-purpose solution designs for implementation
*Liaise with the business stakeholders developing strategy by acting as technical advisor for new functionality available from the existing platforms, releases, and upgrades
*Liaise with vendor partners to identify optimal solutions to meet business requirements
*Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor system process adherence and identify continuous improvement opportunities
*Document changes to the design and implementation of existing solutions and new solutions
*Design and specify workflows, approval processes, and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements
*Create training materials and documentation for business users

Essential Skills

*Experience in a full solution development/software implementation project environment.
*Experience using tools such as UML and/or BPMN.
*Experience of Use Cases, User Stories Business Process Modelling and Change Management.
*Proven ability to review and edit requirements, specifications, processes and recommend solutions, stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
*Experience in large change / transformation programmes.
*Ability to manage and produce clear and qualified requirements from undefined and unstructured information and documenting as-is and to-be processes.
*Analytical mind set.
*Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
*ISEB Certification and/or Prince2 Certification are advantageous.
