DV Cleared Mobile Device Logistic Support
- Provisioning of Corporate mobile phones and laptops to internal customers within agreed timescales.
- Working with Asset and Configuration Team to manage department mobile device asset register.
- Provision of general IT support to internal customers, including troubleshooting faults and providing advice.
- Liaising with Service Delivery Manager on telephony contact and billing issues.
Ensuring that mobile device assets including and telephones are managed and audited in line with policy across a broad range and overseas locations.
- Good general IT skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Comptia A+ level qualification preferred.
- Prior experience of asset management preferred.
