About the role

Capita, the UKs leading Business process Outsourcer have an opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to manage a combination of application support and project work.

You'll get to work on the implementation of new integration, web and CRM based technologies. Our Application Support Analyst will play a leading role in IT project activities and routine system maintenance.

This role is within a busy 3rd line application support team supporting one of our most prestigious customers. The team covers a wide range of application types from older systems to more recent mobile working applications and experience in any of the areas listed below would be of use.

The role is full time and based in Sheffield City Centre and is a Monday to Friday role although we can be somewhat flexible with the hours worked.

Your experience will include:

  • Experience working in a 3rd Line team in Application support
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of web based and integration technologies.
  • A background of delivering in the local government sector would be an advantage.
  • Significant experience in any of the following Applications :-

- Axis Income Management

- Capita(One)

- CareFirst

- IDOX

- IKEN

- OHMS

- Symphony
