An experienced Oracle Project Manager is required by Her Majesty's Treasury (HMT) for a 12-month contract to deliver an Oracle implementation based at 1 Horse Guards Road, London.

**The client has stated that this role is "IN" the new off pay-role worker legislation - Maximum day rates: £550 Umbrella / £485 for PSC - Deemed PAYE**

In this role, you will be accountable to the SRO and responsible for creating and leading the project team to deliver Oracle Phase 2, building on the implementation of Phase 1. Phase 1 included core finance and HR functionality, onboarding, recruitment and performance management, which is going live in stages from April 2017. Phase 2 will focus on talent and workforce planning and learning and development.

As the Project Manager you will need to develop the business case, set up and manage the project team and manage the relationship with the external deliver partner for a formal start to Phase 2 in September 2017.

Essential experience:
- Demonstrable project management experience delivering Oracle projects within the government environment.
- Demonstrable experience of full lifecycle project management from business case development, project initiation, development through to delivery and go live.
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable stakeholder and 3rd party supplier management experience
- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or equivalent experience

CTC - Counter Terrorism Check is the minimum-security clearance required for this role and must be held prior to the start of the contract.
