Service Desk Engineer Urgently Required - Windows - Active Directory / MS Exchange - 1st / 2nd Line Support - Reading - £100 Per Day to £140 Per Day.

Service Desk Engineer urgently required to work with my client a leading IT Services Provider with offices in the Reading area. This role has become available due to internal promotion and an increase in end client demand, the ideal candidate will therefore need somebody to hit the ground running and will be responsible for a logging, diagnosing and progressing / escalating any incidents or problems.

Your experience and skill set:

  • Excellent communication skills with a proven background within a Service Desk to a 1st Line capacity.
  • Confident with troubleshooting on Windows 7 (and above), Active Directory and MS Exchange.
  • Confident, Methodical approach with a core understanding within an SLA / Service Desk orientated environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
