Technical Support Engineer
Technical Support Engineer required to join a rapidly growing FTSE 100 organisation based in the Coventry area.
Joining as a Technical Support Engineer you will undertake the daily responsibilities required to maintain accounts to support business requirements. This will mainly involve application/software support, providing 1st line support from a Help Desk in Coventry, resolving issues where applicable and performing root cause analysis.
We are looking for someone with good communication skills and an aptitude to learn and further themselves. Starting off on the service desk there is plenty of opportunity to progress and grow a career with the backing of a FTSE 100 organisation.

- Previous experience in a technical position is desired, however is not essential
