Focusing on the end to end process of managing documents including Outsourced Print, Hybrid mail, Scanning and Archiving and Managed Print. This role sits within the Managed Print division of CDIS.

Managed Print Solutions (MPS) operate nationally across the UK working with blue chip and public sector and SME clients to develop innovative solutions for their document print strategy requirements. A major partner with leading technology developers in the print production sector, Capita MPS occupies a unique position in the market being part of the largest BPO organisation in the UK. The only company that presently can demonstrate the ability to deliver in house and end to end total document solution to any size of organisation.

THE ROLE

The Lease Desk Manager's brief is to help the business to generate additional profit through strategic and tactical lease funding approaches. Working in conjunction with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams within Capita MPS and external leasing companies, the role will manage the various aspects of funding throughout the deal life cycle.

KEY ACCOUNTIBLITIES

  • To build and sustain trust and strong relationships with key client stakeholders across the MPS business and with Leasing companies.

  • To act congruently with the Capita culture, acting as a role model and taking an active role in the team.

  • To improve, document and ensure compliance with the sales process rating to lease arrangements including propping, rate compliance, documentation consistency etc

  • In addition, the role includes developing the knowledge, skills and capability of the Sales Order Process Administrators in relation to leasing as potential succession planning.

This will be an office based position, however due to the distributed nature of the business, some travel and occasional overnight stays may be required.

Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., Monday to Friday, though a degree of flexibility is expected.
