The Business Analyst is a pivotal role within a staff-focused Sharepoint deployment at the organisation. You will be part of a dedicated team comprising of:

*Sharepoint Project Manager
*Business Analyst
*Project Coordinator
*Sharepoint Trainer
*Records Management resource
*Intranet Resource
*HR resource


This internal team internal will work closely with an industry-leading Sharepoint implementation partner who will guide the organisation through every part of this project. Although the deployment will be kept simple and out-of-the-box - the organisation plans to fully deploy both the document management and intranet capabilities of Sharepoint.

The project will be delivered using best practice.

Your role will be a challenging one of winning hearts and minds and really understanding your stakeholder needs. These include: Records Management, Intranet team and Human Resources. You will also spend a lot of time with staff understanding just how they would like to be communicated with and what topics interest them the most.

This is a role that will get you out and about to all three London based sites, getting into every area of staff to bottom out requirements and win people over. If you're not a 'people person' with a light but firm touch with stakeholders - delivering good and bad news with a smile - then this is not the job for you.

Your core functions will be:

1.Understand where documents are and how they are used
2.Examine existing business processes
3.Understand clearly what staff want access or hear about as well as what the organisation wants to communicate to staff (and their preference for how!)
4.Identify gaps in processes, opportunities for improvements and automation
5.Capture requirements, work with supplier to create wireframes
6.Help implement new processes, features and tools
7.Document improvements and measure success.
