About the role
As a Change Control Administrator, you will support the Change team as they facilitate the initiation, impact assessment and delivery of all changes, initiated by either the Business or the Authority, though the approved RG Change Control process.
You will be directly responsible for the administration of all supporting documentation, forms, change log, and Change team MOSS and Sharepoint sites.
You will have strong organisational skills, a sense of urgency, be team orientated, and have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.

Since March 2012, Capita has been working with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) in a partnering arrangement with the armed forces to deliver recruitment services for the Army. The project represents a major investment in the transformation for military recruiting.
The contract covers the entire recruiting and selection process for both the Regular Army and the TA, and is helping transform the way the Army recruits its officers and soldiers.
What you will do:
Set up and maintain the Change Log, and all associated change documents and maintain an up to date Cost Tracker for all change documents
Track the progress of individual changes, ensuring forms are up to date, and correctly numbered.
Ensure version control is strictly adhered to, so that only single versions of documents can be accessed.
Be prepared to clearly articulate the status and progress of changes as they pass through the process.
Support the Change Control Manager in liaising closely with Commercial and Financial departments to ensure change details are captured, and sign off procedures are complied with in a timely manner.
Administer and update the Change Multiuser account.
Manage and update the RG Change site and maintain storage of electronic and paper file copies of approved documentation as appropriate and other tasks may be assigned to the role over time based on business need and following consultation
Your experience will include:
- Proficient in the use of MS Office tools including Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, business awareness, and clear and effective communication skills
- Previous use of SharePoint or DII MOSS
- Similar high level support and can confidently demonstrate engagement with senior stakeholders
- Minute taking advantageous
- A background in the Military is advantageous, but not essential
- Demonstrate previous Administration experience in high pressured environments
