A fantastic opportunity to join an exciting recruiting service for the British Army as a Loading Administrator.

About the role

As a Loading Administrator you will be responsible forloading applicants on to Phase 1 Training is the final step in the RPP service. You will ensure that applicants, who have successfully passed through screening, interviews, assessment centres and final checks, are made and accept an offer and are efficiently booked onto the appropriate Training.

You will therefore work closely with NRC colleagues, the Army Training Centres and with the applicant to ensure that required loading numbers are booked onto each Training event whilst balancing recruiting priorities and applicant requirements.

Your experience will include:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Clear communicator - on telephone and in writing
  • Proven ability to influence others
  • Attention to detail
  • IT Literate
  • Familiarity with the Army, possibly derived from a military background or family links
