An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a world-class recruitment service for the British Army.

About the role

We are seeking Customer Service Advisors to work in a fast paced environment, professionally handling enquiries from people interested in finding out more about careers in the Army.

In this role you will handle enquiries from a number of sources including potential candidates, their families and careers advisors regarding a variety of subjects.

You will be a natural people person, able to build rapport quickly and provide positive and insightful information about the opportunities that the Army provides. You will engage your audience through an open, honest and compelling communicate style, demonstrating first-hand the benefits that joining the Army can offer.

Your base will be at the National Recruiting Centre (NRC) working as part of a large and dynamic team, comprising of civilian and military personnel, all of whom are dedicated to providing a warm, positive and knowledgeable first impression of the Army.
