An ITIL Certified IT Service Manager is required by this Tier 1 Management Consultancy to manage and coordinate IT Support services within a fast moving environment.
In order to secure this IT Service manager role the successful candidate will be ITIL certified and have experience working as a dedicated full time IT Service Manager and take responsibility for IT Service management staff, Overseeing, motivating and guiding.
Those Service Managers whose experience has been gained from within the Financial Services is essential to securing this role.
