I am currently looking for two Junior Business Change Managers on behalf of our high profile Government client in Central London (moving to Croydon).
You will be responsible for identifying low level Business Change Risks, Issues, Decisions and Actions, including communication and training. Along with providing support for Change Impact Assessment Workshops and identify issues related to business change.
Essentially you will have professional experience managing Business Change and end to end ownership with change impact assessments, business readiness checklists and business communications plans. This position sits within the IT function and Business Change experience with technology programmes is desirable but not essential.
