I am looking for an Oracle Data Engineer to step into a market leading FTSE 100 firm based in Sheffield. Due to a huge growth in the business, they are now looking to bring on an Oracle developer to join the development team.
Working as an Oracle Data Engineer, you will required to design, implement and maintain the database schemas, along with maintaining the SQL/PL code. With the existing SQL/modules, you will be required to improve and tune the modules and look after the MI reporting around this. ETL solutions are also key to this business and hence you will be required to lead on the designing and implementing of the reporting ETL solution. You will be working closely with key business users and clients in order to meet specific requirements and produce relevant technical documents.
The ideal candidate for this Oracle Data Engineer role will have experience of Oracle 11g onwards along with PL/SQL and nbsp. You will be a clear and effective when it comes to facing clients and liaising with stakeholders at all levels. You will also be required to be an experienced Oracle developer with an experience working in a fast paced environment.
- ETL processes
- iBATIS, Hibernate or other ORM framework
- Computer Science Degree or similar
