*ISS Business Change Manager - up to £830/ day - 6 month contract - London*

Security Clearance required: Must already hold SC clearance due to the nature of the post.

The ISS Business Change and Benefits Manager will be responsible for the coordination of the implementation, rollout and promotion of the new ISS Business Change and Benefits Management toolset across ISS. They will be required to manage Business Change and Benefits Management team resources in order to set up and support briefings and demonstrations both within ISS and to external MOD stakeholders. As the ISS Business Change and Benefits Management Toolset is rolled out across ISS, the incumbent will be required to develop and refine it based on feedback from early implementations, demonstrations and presentations. They will also be required to monitor adoption of the toolset across ISS to ensure it use and correct implementation.

Key Task Deliverables:
*Become familiar with the Business Change and Benefits Management toolset.
*Coordinate the implementation, rollout and promotion of a newly developed Business Change and Benefits Management toolset across ISS.
*Set up and support ISS briefings and demonstrations.
*Setup and support briefings and demonstrations to external MOD stakeholders.
*Assist in development and refinement of the toolset, based on feedback from demonstrations and presentations.
*Monitor and report on ISS Business Change Toolset adoption, usage and development.

Essential skills and experience:
*Change Management Experience
*MOD Experience
*ISS Experience
*Detailed understanding of the ISS Business Change and Benefits Management (BC&BM) strategy, framework and toolset
*Experience of working with the BC&BM team and their key stakeholders (the candidate needs to hit the ground running)
*Ability to coordinate the implementation, rollout and promotion of the ISS Business Change and Benefits Management toolset across the ISS portfolio.
*Ability and familiarity to refine and develop the ISS BC&BM framework and toolset, based on feedback from demonstrations, presentations and roll out
*Knowledge and detailed understanding of the benefits management and business change aspects of the MOD's Defence Information Strategy, Defence as a Platform (Base), MODNET.

Desirable skills and experience:
*Knowledge and detailed understanding of the BC&BM aspects of governance including Initial and Main Gates and Gateway Reviews run by the IPA.
*Ability and experience to support and deliver ISS briefings and demonstrations up to 3* level.
*Ability and experience to support and deliver briefings and demonstrations to external MOD stakeholders.
*Knowledge of the Prosci approach to change management.
