Service Desk Engineer / Customer Service Advisor urgently required to work with my client a leading IT Services Provider with offices in the Nottingham area. This role has become available due to internal promotion and an increase in end client demand, the ideal candidate will therefore need somebody to hit the ground running and will be responsible for a logging, diagnosing and progressing / escalating any incidents or problems.
Your experience and skill set:
- Excellent communication skills with a proven background within a customer facing, customer service or service desk environment.
- IT Literate with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in IT.
- Confident, Methodical approach with a core understanding within an SLA / Service Desk orientated environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
