Role:
Our Technology Services division of Northrop Grumman is seeking a dynamic administrator to join our team in Lincolnshire to provide administrative support to the Whole Life Support Programme (WLSP).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend key programme meetings, facilitating accurate minutes to be distributed in a timely manner – acts as secretary to key meetings
  • Assist with arrangement and facilitation of senior Management visits / meetings
  • Administer the Master Action Tracker & drive assigned actions to completion
  • Make travel arrangements, reservations and compile travel schedules locally and through agency
  • ISO Document Control for Quality Assurance
  • Support the Quality Team in conducting audits
  • Maintain accurate record retention systems
  • Maintain local departmental leave records
  • Distribute customer derived technical instructions to Team Sentry parties, updating SCAPS (Sentry Cost and Performance System (SCAPS) and UK Export Logs in a timely manner
  • Support Commercial team in the execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements and Proprietary Information Agreements
  • Support the companies STEM activities
  • Support the Modification, Operations and other teams in day to day administration of their functions
  • Performing additional administration duties and associated tasks as directed by the Support Services Manager including covering other admin roles

Essential criteria;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Computer Literacy, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and set own deadlines and to work on their own initiative
  • Pro-active with excellent levels of motivation
  • Commitment to working as a member of a team that responds flexibly to changing pressures and demands.
  • Perform a variety of duties, which requires an excellent understanding of the Company policies and procedures
  • Excellent clerical skills in order to deal with a wide range of information and a number of different administrative processes and systems

Desired criteria;
  • RSA typing/word processing qualifications preferred
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite of tools
