Business Development Manager ( Cyber) - Gloucestershire/Flexible working - up to £70k plus OTE

An exciting opportunity has become available working with one of the key cyber security service providers based in the South West for a driven professional to move into the merging Cyber Security market. This is an excellent opportunity for Sales Professionals to grow their career in the Cyber arena and work with likeminded individuals to drive business forward.


Role Responsibilities
*Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision makers within the client leadership
*Builds growth opportunities using account planning processes and actively manages process through regular reviews and updates.
*Uses business and market knowledge to drive company sales
*Manages pipeline through CRM tool and ensures validity and scale of pipeline is maintained
*Delivers revenue targets by engaging in team selling and matrix opportunity development.
*Acts as first interface for clients
*Represents the needs of the business, market and clients equally in development of plans, strategies and improvement programs


Knowledge and Skills
*A proven career in a Sales/Business Development
*The ability to motivate as an individual and manage one's own pipeline
*Demonstrable experience in early-level (post start up) business development
*Exceptional communication skills
*Strong Presentation skills
*Excellent negotiation skills coupled with an ability to think analytically
*Ability to self-manage and work remotely
*Strong relationship management skills with technical, managerial and executive staff
*Engaging, can do attitude
*New business development - working from leads to take deals through to close
*Comfortable working at senior level - past experience of £M+ deals
*Sales experience within the software/technology space
*Proven solution selling - consultative, used to assembling capability, identify need, building insight
