Training Designer - Plymouth - £30,000 + benefits

Based in Plymouth, A successful FTSE 100 engineering support services organisation is looking to take on an experienced Training Designer. You will be providing the business unit with a suitably qualified experienced training design and evaluating function across all of its business interests, comprising.

The successful candidate is required to have knowledge in the following disciplines but not limited to:

  • Level 4 Certificate in Learning & Development practice or equivalent
  • Experience of designing training packages
  • Validating training and assess the training

Company Information and Proposition

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this expanding team based within the nuclear business unit. You will be an integral member within the team that will be responsible for ensuring that all personnel who have a role or responsibility for any operations that may affect nuclear safety are trained so that they are competent to perform those tasks.
