Duration: 6 Months (initially)
Rate: €400 - 480 p/d

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

*At least 3-4 year of demonstrable support of complex TCP/IP based secure network infrastructure.
*Good working knowledge in supporting enterprise level fiber optic and CAT 5 based infrastructure.
*Strong experience in configuring and troubleshooting Network devices such as Cisco switch, Cisco router, Juniper NetScreen
*VPN , Allied Telesis switches ..
*Experience with central VPN installation (Juniper Netscreen devices).
*Extensive demonstrable work experience of supporting Juniper intrusion detection systems / intrusion prevention systems.
*Hardware versions lOP 200/400 and lOP 800.
*JNCIA-FWV (Juniper Firewall Certification Training); Juniper Networks Certified Specialist Security (JNCIS-SEC); Juniper JNCIA certification; Juniper Networks Routers Training (Cavell J-Series Rack) and Advanced Juniper Networks.
*Experience in configuring and managing Linux, Unix, Microsoft operating systems.
*Hands-on demonstrable experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical infrastructure and system problems.
*Experience with managing and coordinating communication and troubleshooting efforts with third party / hardware vendors as described in service support contracts.
*Good communication and expectation management skills for providing an interface between end users and upper management / project management.
*Provide Network and firewall infrastructure solutions support and system administration on Cisco, Allied Telesis and Juniper network devices within a LAN and WAN infrastructure.
*Configuration, management and troubleshooting of virtual private networks.
*Provide support to the network intrusion detection systems, network intrusion prevention systems and remote access based on Juniper (NSM 2012.1 R6, lOP 200/400 and 800 series, 5GT series).
*Deployment, configuration and maintenance of Network appliances and associated management software.
*Administration of Linux operating systems, in particular Red Hat Enterprise.
*Analysis of Network Protocol with tools such as Wireshark and TCPDump.
*Undertake complex tasks including the implementation of relevant processes and procedures to provide responsive information technology support services to meet NATO and specific NCIRC requirements.
*Maintain and undertake system technical documentation appropriate for various audiences including technical staff, business managers, and end users on existing IT infrastructure.
