Digital Transformation Change Manager Role

Our client, a leading FTSE 100, are seeking a Digital Transformation Change Manager to join the team on a contract basis. This is an exciting to join a company at the beginning of a huge global Digital Transformation.

Digital Transformation Change Manager :

  • Support Programme Manager and Business Analyst in strategy / Requirements gathering workshops
  • Guide workshops around Data Analytics, Social, Technology, Governance, and PMO
  • Look at interdependent activities between each Project and where possible combine interdependent activity
  • Determine project charters from the transformation projects
  • Carryout current state and future state mapping
  • Generate strategic plan to realise existing and further Business Benefits
  • Determine short, medium and long-term benefits for the current financial year, plus further benefits and road map for next year
  • Identifying, defining and tracking the benefits and outcomes required of the programme
  • Work with Programme Manager to ensure that the work of the programme, including the scope of each project, covers the necessary aspects required to deliver the products or services that will lead to operational benefits
  • Align Global teams with the Transformation roadmap reporting and team communication
  • Lead the execution plan alongside the Programme Manager
  • Ensure all business Readiness activities are aligned (Process, Workflow, Resourcing, Tools, Communications)
  • Ensure that maximum improvements are made in existing and new business operations as groups of projects deliver their products into operational use
  • Leading the activities associated with benefits realisation and ensuring that continued accrual of benefits can be achieved and measured after the programme has been completed (On-going goal)
  • Establishing and implementing the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured
  • Generate financial road map, resourcing and ROI requirements to realise the ongoing benefits
