Senior HR Transformation Consultant
We are seeking a Senior HR Transformation Consultant to be work on site with an undisclosed client in Central London. This will require extensive consulting experience in order to create the future TOM for the local HR function whilst also providing support to the shared service programme.
In this role, your responsibilities will include the ability to design, develop, implement, lead and continually improve this new programme. You will devise a strategy for the programmes' responsibilities, processes and systems to maximise HR related transformation and service delivery. You will have a background in change management and will be happy working at a strategic level, experience should include challenging the status quo, sighting deficiencies, improving them and expanding on efficiencies. To be successful this role will require creativity and vision to establish the strategy and follow through to delivery.
