Service Desk Analyst - Commodities trading

Service Desk Analyst required by a leading Commodities Trading Company, to help provide 1st and 2nd line support.

The successful Service desk analyst will have the following key technical skills:

  • Microsoft Windows 7
  • Microsoft Office 2007/2013, in particular Excel and Outlook
  • Active Directory
  • BYOD - Mobiles, Tablets and Laptops

Candidates will ideally be degree educated and have a background gained from within investment banking, Commodities trading or another global trading company although Service desk analysts with particularly strong technical and customer service skills from within the wider financial services sector will also be considered.

The Service Desk team are required to support the business at the weekends also and cover is shared between all members of the team on a rota basis.Service Desk team are required to support the business between 06:30 and 23:30 during the working week. Current Shifts are 06:30 to 15:30, 08:30 to 17:30 and 14:30 to 23:30. The team are required to support.
