World class Aerospace Organisation based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire is currently looking to recruit an Account Co-ordinator on a subcontract basis.
The contract is initially for 6 months. Contract hourly rate; £15 per hour (PAYE).
Account Co-ordinator Job Description:
Essential Skills and competencies
• Customer Order Acknowledgement, Review, Acceptance, Loading, Processing and Fulfilment in oracle business system.
• Assess customer orders for most expedient way of satisfying demand and offer exchanges/loans when possible
• Manage Order Book to ensure On time delivery and target turnaround time for customers repairs
• Customer communication on a daily basis to provide update and key information when required
• Liaise with other business functions to assist in fulfilment of customer orders
• Strong evidence of a candidate having managed customers on a daily basis, taking ownership of their orders and demonstrate ability to work on and complete multiple priorities at the same time.
• Experience with oracle business system is highly desired
