The role:

The primary purpose of the Director Technical Safety & Environmental Protection (S&EP) group is to provide policy, advice, guidance, tools and related assurance of high level management systems, thereby enabling S&EP to be effectively and efficiently managed across DE&S. The provision of these services enables DE&S to: minimize its own safety and environmental risks, minimize those safety and environmental risks transferred to UK forces, and deliver timely and cost effective programs. Within Director Technical an S&EP Internal Technical Support Team is being stood up to provide expert independent advice and audit in support of these activities across all domain areas.


  • Defence/ MOD experience.
  • SC cleared.
  • Management Qualification.
