Appropriate Microsoft certification is a distinct advantage. Being able to comfortably support for following technologies at various versions. Breadth of experience an advantage.

Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013
Microsoft Lync (including Skype for business and LCS/OCS) 2010/2013
Microsoft SharePoint 2010 / 2013
Microsoft Office 365

Essential Knowledge and Skills Required:

*Active Directory
*Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008R2 Enterprise
*Microsoft Exchange 2010 / 2013
*Microsoft Lync (including Skype for business and LCS/OCS) 2010/2013
*Microsoft SharePoint 2010 / 2013

Desirable skills and knowledge/certifications/experiences

*MCSE Certified in Exchange /Lync / SharePoint 2010 or 2013
*Visualization (Hyper-V)
*Outlook Web Access
*Hypersoft OmniAnalyser Reporting
*Mobile Device Management (Blackberry, IOS, Android, Windows)
*Active Sync
*Enterprise Vault Archiving Toolset
*AntiVirus (Trend Micro)

Daily rate £280-£300 per day

SC or willing to undergo the SC process.
