Project Coordinator/PCO/Project Support/Project Administrator is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client for an initial contract until 18th August 2017 to be based in Solihull.

To be successful you will be an experienced IT/Telecoms Project Coordinator with experience in the following:

Skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Attentive to detail
Microsoft Sharepoint
Financial reporting

Responsibilities will include:

- Licence checks - licences received by email so need to be validated and added to each order
-Confirm install date checks
-Plan install date checks
- Closing of orders
- Invoicing - need to track what has been shipped against which order and validate which have been purchased,
- Buffer stock orders
-config/order processing
-Consumables tracker for engineers
- Manually updates/missed updates
- Daily management of staging orders - checking orders have shipped on time
- Tracking picks and procurements requests for positive confirmation
