Client Aquisition Executive (Home Based) - £45k+ OTE
About the role
Capita have an amazing opportunity for an experience Client Acquisition professional to join our Networking Solutions business unit.
The role is 'at a high level' to understand the complete portfolio of products and services on offer from CNS and use that knowledge to support the field based team in pipeline creation by means to appointment setting.
You will liaise between the senior sales management team members to support them on campaigns which could cover a multitude of subjects, but equally you would be more than capable of managing your own time to ensure that targets for pipeline creation are hit.
The role requires a very high level of skill/knowledge when it comes to speaking to people on the phone or using other written mediums such as linkedin.com or email to get a conversation going leading to generating face to face meetings for the field sales team. This is not a role for someone who doesn't like making outbound calls, although that is not the only focus of the role it will be a major part of your success.
Due to the nature of the role we need someone who is absolutely driven to achieve and exceed targets. A successful candidate would not have to have experience in IT Sales but would be able to display a proven track record of success.
The role is a home-based role and you will need to have had experience of working successfully and achieving targets independently, you will be required to travel from time to time and meet in the Bristol office on a weekly/monthly basis so a driving license would be a bonus.

What you will do:
Liaising with suppliers on a day to day basis, chasing post sale information
First point of contact for updating customers on fulfilling orders
First point of contact for customer queries
Liaising with internal project team on Professional Services
Processing incoming orders
Administrative support for the sales team
Your experience will include:
Experience of Outbound Business Development
Clarity of communication
Ability to communicate to a very high standard both written and oral
The ability to work well in a team but also on their own
Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially
