CMC Partnership is a trusted and respected provider of specialist Change Management, Business Analysis, Portfolio, Programme and Project Management.  Our Security and Intelligence business unit are now looking for dedicated Business Analysts.

Successful candidates will have proven BA experience across multiple themes. SFIA levels 3 to 5 are of particular interest.

As an Organisational Member of the BCS we value your professional skills.  You’ll be able to consider a variety of perspectives, evaluate options and define requirements. Contributing to client successes in areas such as business architecture, requirements engineering, benefits planning and realisation.  Your stakeholder engagement skills will need to be exceptional, operating at portfolio or programme level, and you’ll most certainly have made a difference working alongside business change & transformation managers, solution architects, PMO leads or programme managers, adding value by proactively proposing solutions to complex business problems.

Successful candidates will likely be:

  • BCS members and hold their BCS BA Diploma (or working toward it);
  • IIBA members and hold their CBAP (or working toward it);
  • Able to provide a strong CV that clearly evidences deep experience of BA tools and techniques; 
  • We’ll be looking for SWOT and PESTLE analysis, process modelling, protocol analysis, investigation, discovery, elicitation and documentation techniques to name only a few.

The ideal candidate will have current DV security clearance or be eligible, and content, to undergo the full clearance process.  Candidates should familiarise themselves with this before applying.
